At GEP, we offer you the opportunity to not only earn your specialized high school diploma (Fachhochschulreife) through a one-year guided internship but also to prepare specifically for your studies and future career. Our program focuses on the field of Business and Administration – a sector with excellent career prospects in Germany and beyond. You will develop practical skills in handling tasks and work processes (hard skills) as well as personal abilities such as communication, teamwork, and self-organization (soft skills). You won’t be on your own. We find suitable internship placements, conduct regular feedback sessions, personally support your development, and take care of all legal and organizational matters, including residence status, accommodation, and recognition of your Fachhochschulreife. Naturally, we also assist you afterward with choosing a university and applying to a Fachhochschule – professionally, individually, and with a focus on your long-term goals.
